DAY AT THE OLIVE GARDEN (seasonal activity) A day between the rows of ancient olive trees in their season provides a unique opportunity to glance at the world of olive oil production.

VIA FERRATA EXPERIENCE Climbing the rugged cliffs and clinging to iron handles, every step challenges your limits but no need to worry, you will be led by experienced professionals and this experience, although exhilarating , is not dangerous.

DAY WITH THE FISHERMAN Casting lines, fishing with a net, navigating the currents and listening to the silence of the open sea each is a lesson in your connection to nature.

Photography day is a day spent walking around, exploring, constantly moving and seeing the world around you through a different lens.

CULINARY EXPERIENCE WITH A CHEF Together with our professional chef, you will transform fresh ingredients into exquisite dishes, embodying the “from farm to table” spirit.

FROM THE SCRATCH – CULINARY WORKSHOPS. You will learn the secrets of traditional Mediterranean dishes and local recipes. You will learn how to prepare “gradele” , a traditional way of baking fish on an outdoor grill, as well as how to pickle and preserve fish, capers, fruit etc.
